Hickory Run Campground is located in northern Lancaster County and is within easy driving distances of Lancaster, Reading, Hershey, Gettysburg and Valley Forge. Wooded, shaded or open sites are offered as well as a variety of rentals for first time campers. Activities for both the young and young at heart are scheduled daily. A swimming pool is located on site and a 3 acre lake is stocked with trout, bass and bluegills for all fishermen. Paddleboating is also available. Join in a game of shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes or baseball -- or sit back and relax while the children play mini golf or enjoy the gameroom or one of three playgrounds. The staff also provides campers with a daily schedule of activities including ceramics, arts & crafts, hayrides, bingo and movies. Live music or a DJ will entertain you on a Saturday evening. Special theme weekends and dinners are offered throughout the season. Let Hickory Run provide you and your family with fun and exciting camping memories!

The campground is set in a quiet Mennonite farming area. Some of the sites border Muddy Creek and some sites are in a quiet wooded area. Stony Mountain Family Campground is located on 57 acres of wooded and open land in the beautiful Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, just a few miles West of the historic town of Tunkhannock. There is no doubt that the centerpiece of the campground is a beautiful 12 acre lake. The lake is stocked with bass, perch, walleye and other species of fish. It is a family oriented campground with many planned activities for children and adults alike. Take in some sun by the lake or take a nature walk through the woods, spend some time at the playground, try your hand at horseshoes, badminton or basketball. If indoor sports are more to your liking, Stony Mountain has the largest indoor facility in the area. The Longhorn Lodge includes a pool table, foosball, video games, a dart board, and games for small children. A store sells light groceries and camping supplies, and propane and ice are always available.
