Hickory Run Campground is located in northern Lancaster County and is within easy driving distances of Lancaster, Reading, Hershey, Gettysburg and Valley Forge. Wooded, shaded or open sites are offered as well as a variety of rentals for first time campers. Activities for both the young and young at heart are scheduled daily. A swimming pool is located on site and a 3 acre lake is stocked with trout, bass and bluegills for all fishermen. Paddleboating is also available. Join in a game of shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes or baseball -- or sit back and relax while the children play mini golf or enjoy the gameroom or one of three playgrounds. The staff also provides campers with a daily schedule of activities including ceramics, arts & crafts, hayrides, bingo and movies. Live music or a DJ will entertain you on a Saturday evening.
