Wright's Orchard Station Campground is ideally located for visiting Central Pennsylvania and the Altoona area. The campground is within minutes from all local attractions and has a friendly staff that can help with any needs you may have during your stay. For rail fans, there is a large model train display in the camp office. Stop and have Daryl fire up the engines for you. The campground is close to all the area activities, but it is also close to nature with lots of trees and birds. All sites have picnic tables and fire rings. The bath house is kept squeaky clean and is close to all of the sites. A coin laundry and pavilion are also on site. |

From I-81(heading South): Exit 37, left at stop sign. Take Route 233 North 10 miles to Route 944 East. Make right turn on Route 944, and Dogwood Acres is 2½ miles on left. Turn at the Big Green Dogwood campground sign.
From I-81 (Heading South) Take exit 44 and turn right onto Route 465(North). Go 1 mile to Route 641 and turn left onto 641 West. Go 5 miles and turn right onto Bloserville Rd. Go 1.2 miles and make left turn onto Brickchurch Rd. Follow Brickchurch Rd. for 3 miles and at stop sign is Route 944. Go across Route 944 into campground entrance. [ map ] |
